The performance of CIE Well Control Limited in complying with its own management systems requirements shall be regularly reviewed through internal audits scheduled on the basis of need, and through regular external ISO surveillance audits.  Feedback from these audits and quality objectives shall be reviewed at a minimum of annual intervals through management review meetings and assist in ensuring CIE Well control Limited continually improve.

The performance of CIE Well Control Limited with regards to customer requirements is measured, monitored and reviewed on a regular basis.  Customer feedback, satisfaction and complaints are all recorded and trend analysis data reviewed.  The philosophies of “customer relationship management” and continual improvement are central to the Company’s objectives.
