Assembly

6,000 square feet of fitting area with full build facilities. Available for the assembly and testing of various pressurised system configurations, including surface and Subsea Christmas Trees to completion assemblies.

Pressure Testing

Hydrostatic and Nitrogen Pressure testing facilities to verify material integrity and connection sealability, with pressure capacity to 30,000 PSI. Service is provided to the recognised codes & standards conducted within a modern and safe testing environment utilising a below ground level test pit and steel composite enclosed test cells.

Inspection

Visual and Non-destructive examination conducted and recorded utilising experienced and fully qualified QC inspection management personnel. CIE conduct Non-destructive testing of all critical items and dimensional reporting.

Site Integration Test

On completion of manufacture, assembly and pressure testing a procedural set of system checks is conducted prior to shipment and deployment. CIE have concrete yard facilities available for secure and controlled Site Integration Test (S.I.T.)

This is designed area for CIE assembled and customer owned equipment stack testing procedures, including subsea Christmas Trees and Well Test and Intervention Systems pressure and function testing. With extensive surface area for layout, the yard is fully equipped with 440 volt power supply, HP compressed air and lifting support. S.I.T. office accommodation with IT and communication support facilities are also available within this location.
